Childhood memories...
The following lists things that I remember about childhood and make me smile now. Let me know if I am missing anything!

chinese jumprope
Big wheel
having to wash my hands before piano lessons
swinging higher than my friends
the sandbox (I 'one' the sandbox, you two the sandbox...)
red rover, red rover, may I come over
red light/green light
the jungle gym at the school yard
the Muppet Show
of course - Mr Rogers Neighborhood and Sesame Street
3-2-1- Contact (with the Bloodhound Gang)
The Electric Company
Saturday morning cartoons (what ever happened to those?)

-and the smurfs...gargamel never learned. neither did the coyote...but acme never went out of business did they?!
The Good Humor Ice Cream truck still brings a smile to my face. There was just something about when you heard the bells and knew it was about to come down your street.
